Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. We don't ship outside the US at this time.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered in 3–7 business days after processing. Orders placed before 2pm ET usually ship the same business day; orders placed later ship the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us at contacto.sanuran@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — we can usually correct it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with your neighbours and your building's mail area first, then contact us. If a package is lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
